Research On Fine Urban Management In Central District Of Large Cities

At present,cities are the centers of various activities.More than half of the people in the world live in cities.Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization rate has been gradually increasing,reaching 59.58%by the end of 2018.It is expected to reach about 65%by 2030,with 300 million new urban population of all types.Facing the increase of population and the accumulation of resources,cities must make great efforts in management to realize healthy development.Through management,extensive and disordered modes can be changed to solve various urban problems.Therefore,a good city life needs effective city management to guarantee.The new era and new situation put forward higher requirements for city management and will certainly bring new difficulties and challenges.Especially in the central area of large cities,the geographical location is in the middle and the population is relatively dense.Due to historical development,political,economic,cultural and other resources are also very rich.It is the face and business card of the city,and the standard requirements for urban management are higher.For governments at all levels,although they recognize the importance of urban management,they are often troubled by the lack of obvious work results and the dissatisfaction of the people in their jurisdiction.Through continuous exploration in practice and in-depth research in academic circles,a consensus has gradually been reached on changing the current situation of urban management through fine management.Top-level design was first affirmed.In March 2017,the president Xi Jinping pointed out that urban management should be as delicate as embroidery.Therefore,how to do a good job in the fine management of cities in the new era has become a topic that must be answered well.Starting from the concrete practice in the work,through studying and discussing the problems existing in the urban management of Jinan's district of Shizhong and the exploration of fine management,combining the advanced theory and practical experience of fine management of domestic and international cities,and in accordance with the thought of fine management,this paper puts forward relatively perfect feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the urban management of large-scale central urban areas in the new era,so as to improve the management efficiency,provide effective reference and enhance the regional influence and competitiveness.The full text is divided into five parts.In the first part,the author introduces the research background and significance of urban fine management,sorts out the theoretical achievements recorded in the existing literature,makes a systematic analysis,and defines the research methods and contents.In the second part,the author introduces the connotation and theoretical basis of urban fine management in detail,explaining the theoretical context of the article clearly.In the third part,the author takes Jinan's district of Shizhong as an example to introduce the general situation of current urban management,the related exploration of fine management,the main problems and the analysis of the reasons.In the fourth part,the author further enumerates the advanced experience of fine city management at home and abroad,analyzes the standard in an advanced and detailed way,and finds out the reference and enlightenment that can be pointed out.In the fifth part,the author combines theoretical research and practical cases,objectively puts forward the optimization countermeasures of fine management in the central urban area,and makes a conclusion.In order to truly realize the goal of refinement in urban management,it is necessary to deeply combine the theory of refinement with the practice of urban management,and on this basis to continuously explore and innovate,and gradually find out a scientific and effective practical path to suit local conditions.
