A Study On The Training Of Basic Police Officers In Xingan County, Jiangxi Province

In this paper, according to China’s national conditions change and related training theory, new public management theory, the public security organs in police training and the importance of urgency. Therefore, contrast American Police Training Status with China. We will find the American’s police training is better than us, so we can learn strategies and recommendations of the article from America. In addition to learn the advantages of American police training, but also according to the human capital investment theory, learning organization theory, old and new public management theory put forward corresponding countermeasures. This paper finally put forward the following two measures: First, update the concept, sound system. Relevant departments to establish and perfect the system of police training, establish training investment idea in the global scope, establishing the learning organization, etc.; Second, improve the civil servants at the grass-roots level training mode. Such as enroll integration, do training needs analysis and evaluation of training results.
