| Grassroots police are mainly responsible for maintaining social security,which plays an essential role in the care of social security.Still there is a large area of job burnout phenomenon in the grassroots policy group.Given this problem,try to determine the causes of the job burnout phenomenon in this group and give corresponding solutions to alleviate this situation or avoid this situation.Implementing measures to reduce the probability of job burnout can help the grassroots police fulfil their duties of serving the public ensuring people’s safety,and contributing to society’s harmonious development.In this paper,the research object is the grassroots police in Y County of Shandong Province.The research method is stratified sampling,using the MBI-GS scale as a tool.After the survey,we evaluate grassroots police’s job burnout from the three maintenance of job burnout.The essential three parts of the research factors: dehumanization,emotional exhaustion and low personal achievement are summarized,Finally,combined with the investigation results of the influencing factors of grassroots police job burnout in Y County of Shandong Province,the corresponding countermeasures are formulated.This paper uses the literature method to grasp the development of relevant theories.It then uses the brainstorming method and Delphi method to establish the evaluation scale of influencing factors of grassroots police job burnout in Y County of Shandong Province,with the help of field interviews,questionnaires and other ways to grasp the influence of different influencing factors on the final results the impact.After the investigation,it can be found that for the grassroots police in Y County of Shandong Province,the key factors affecting their job burnout involve the following three categories: personal characteristics,work factors and social factors.After the analysis of the research results,the results show that: if we can improve the personal feelings of grassroots police,make their working environment more comfortable,and provide them with more cordial organizational care,we can effectively reduce their job burnout,and if the social environment develops in a favorable direction,we can also reduce their job burnout.Considering the current situation and related factors of grassroots police job burnout in Y County of Shandong Province,this paper puts forward the following improvement measures based on the theoretical research results at home and abroad.On the individual level,the grassroots police need to have a clear understanding of their job responsibilities and have a correct account of the pressure;on the organizational level,the administrative unit should consider designing promising career planning for the grassroots police,reducing the work pressure on them,and building a sound performance evaluation and incentive system;on the social level,it should enhance positive publicity intensity.The purpose of this paper is to improve the job burnout of grassroots police in Y County of Shandong Province so that they can complete their work and ensure the security and stability of society. |
