Under the trend of globalization of the world economy towards corruption is no longer a local matter, countries showing complicated corruption offenses, transnational development trend, the world began to realize that to get a lot of information about anti-corruption and accept the supervision of the international community, the importance of strengthening cooperation with the international. Along with China’s economic development and to increase efforts to combat corruption, capital flight and corruption corrupt flight problems become the main features of the crime of corruption, cross-border acts of corruption increases the difficulty of anti-corruption, the fight against such crimes have to rely on the international community support, strengthen international cooperation, make full use of the national anti-corruption international cooperation mechanisms function.Depth study of contemporary Chinese anti-corruption mechanisms of international cooperation, both in the country of Criminal Law of the mission, but also actively committed to improve the development of China’s anti-corruption criminal law, the anti-corruption an important measure to deepen. Therefore, the study of China’s anti-corruption international cooperation in major practical problems, has important theoretical and practical significance.
