A Study On Immigration, Clan And Allegory Of Pingxiang In Qing Dynasty To The Republic Of China

This is a region of historical human geography study,on the premise of grasp the dynamic man-land relationship,based on scattered in Kiangsi Pingxiang countryside and public institutions of genealogy, atlas,local chronicles,to theme of immigration,Chinese lineage,Yitu in Pingxiang during the Qing dynasty to the period of the Republic of China,discussion the migration regulated by the natural geographical environment and the formation of modern Chinese lineage and Yitu.This paper reveals the important aspect of Pingxiang area during the Qing dynasty to the period of the Republic of China.Pingxiang terrain is given priority to with mountain and hills,located in the hunan-Kiangsi border area, is an immigration area,a large number of immigrants enter the area since mid-Ming period.immigrants mainly from Kiangsi and hunan,to give priority of complementary immigration and developmental immigration.Pingxiang people have more than half of the offspring of immigrants since Qing dynasty.Immigrants gain a better foothold with lineage organizations in Pingxiang,immigrants integrated into the Pingxiang in Yitu organizations.The arrival of immigrants has changed the social and economic features of Pingxiang.The modern Chinese lineage of Pingxiang concentrated emergence since the Qing dynasty Qianlong period, higher levels of the gentry is an important organizational power of Chinese lineage,immigrants and YItu promote the basic popularization of odern Chinese lineage in Pingxiang. the formation of the Chinese lineage before Qing dynasty because has a high level of gentry such as the Chexiang Li’s lineage.The modern Chinese lineage become popularization during the period of the Republic of China,because of the Yitu.
