The Research On Government Functions In The Development Of Red Tourism Based On Pingxiang

Red tourism has a booming development in recent years.It is a new form that combines the revolutionary tradition of education in conjunction with the development of tourism economy.Tourists can either learn the history of the revolution or spirit of the revolutionary from the red tourism,they can heritage the red fighting spirit from the tourisim.The current study mainly focused on foundation concept of red tourism resources,development and protection for local government functions in the development of red tourism fulfillment has not yet been systematically studied.In the development of red tourism,the government as a representative of the public authority and the public interest,has an irreplaceable role.Especially for the developing areas like Pingxiang City,the government play an impotant role in the developing of tourism.the leading role of the government and their behavior is particularly important.The first part of this paper is mainly to make a preliminary study of the basic theory of red tourism and government functions,then summarized category of red tourism.The second part describes the Pingxiang City Tourism development survey,the government functions in the fulfillment of the functions of red tourism development,tourism development functions of the government to fulfill the existing problems were analyzed.In the third part,Sichuan Guang'an and Jinggangshan are selected as a success story,analyzing and summarizing their experience could provide a modle for pingxiang to draw on.In the last part of the article,targeted solutions has been provided for the development of the red tourism in Pingxiang.
