In the 21st century, the world has experienced various changes of globalization, the performance aspect is a significant population movements in the global become an irreversible trend. Most countries are immigrant-exporting countries or immigrant-importing countries. The country which completely unrelated to the immigration is almost nonexistent. The international community has to face more and more serious problem of illegal immigrants while encouraging legal immigrants. Illegal immigration has become the biggest challenge in the world today. The economy of China achieved rapid success since P.R.China had founded. The great changes of international status have taken place at the same time. The traditional immigrant-exporting country is not synonymous with China. A large number of foreign immigrants came into China through legal or illegal ways, and it has become the phenomenon that cannot be ignored.Although a large number of studies focused on illegal immigration, but there is few academic articles pay attention to entry of illegal immigrants, especially illegal immigration combined with the specific conditions. In order to study and explore the issue of illegal immigration in greater depth, the author studied in Center for Asian and Pacific Studies of University of Oregon as a one-year visiting scholar in 2009-2010. During this period,I collected the data of U.S. immigration and communicated with the immigration researchers of UO. I also took part in various academic activities. After one year study, I broadened my horizons and benefit from this process. This paper is the basal result of my whole work.The title is of this paper is "the Study of entering illegal immigration in contemporary China", it will take the issue of illegal immigration on the overall situation of international and regional politics and consider it from geopolitics, national security, ethnic relations etc. aspects.This is the starting point of this paper and the significance of this study.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is literature reviews. The second part defined immigration (immigrant) and illegal immigration (immigrant). The third part expounded the immigration policies and management measures of illegal immigration in U.S., and evaluated the virtue and shortage of them. The fourth part back to China, it figured out the actualities and trend of illegal immigrants from the existing data and analyze the particularity of illegal immigrants in China. The last part analyzed the relation of the immigration with geopolitics and advanced the basic concepts and principles of managing illegal immigrants in future. This topic concerned about the entering illegal immigrants who very few people know currently. Although there are some difficulties in the research process, but I still do my best to do this study.The innovations of this paper lie in that it proposed the particularity of illegal immigration that based on national conditions.
