A Study On The Methods Of Ideological And Political Work Of Young Workers In State - Owned Enterprises

State-owned enterprises is an important pillar industry of China’s economy, youth workers are the back bone of state-owned enterprises, who undertake the responsibility for the future development of enterprises, their mind determines the development state and business continuity of their enterprises directly. Through the research of Youth Ideological and Political Work methods of current state-owned enterprises, which can not only enrich the content of the theory of ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises, provide reference and advice for enterprises to political staff recommendations on how to do ideological and political work of young workers, but also effectively stimulate the enthusiasm for work and creativity, improve their efficiency, so as to promote the development of enterprises health for a long time.In this paper, take Beijing Gas Group as an example, through the questionnaires survey method, interview over three hundreds of youth workers, investigate the youth ideological status and enterprise ideological and political work method, use SPSS software to calculate and analyze sampled data for single variable, double variable percentage. At the same time, combined with current status of enterprise ideological and political work method and the new develop trend, discussed the improving method of ideological and political work in Beijing Gas Group.According to the investigation and theoretical analysis, state-owned enterprises has obtained some results on institutional construction, the league action and information degree in ideological and political work. But at the same time, there are also some existing problems as follows, such as the attention to young workers were not enough, methods were lack of pertinence; the attention of implementation of methods were not enough, existing formalism; the work information platforms were not enough, reduce the work efficiency; and the political work team was not sound, not professional enough and the amount was insufficient and so on. At present, some new trends have presented, such as human-oriented servicing, protection of individual interests guiding, flexible two-way interactive, and technological trends of information fusion in the methods of ideological and political work. In order to improve ideological and political work methods, we should still attach importance to the young workers’ thoughts and life realities, targeting to improve working methods; strengthen the overall planning, improve the working method effectiveness; strengthen the political work team construction, improve the level of specialization of work. To lay a foundation for theoretical innovation and content creation enterprise ideological and political work, to provide a reference to the recommendations and proposals, to improve the state-owned enterprises Youth Ideological and Political Work methods.
