The Work Of Ideological And Political Education Of The Young Workers Of State-owned Enterprises Present Situation And Countermeasures

The youth workers who are the main force in state-owned enterprises and the hope of it. The ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises requires effective education for young workers and make them acknowledge profoundly about the basic theory and reality in the education fields. And we could put forward feasible and improvement measures by this fundamental contents.The first part of this paper present definition about the ideological and political education, state-owned enterprises, youth workers, also it discuss the characteristics of the education, like services, widespread, levels and openness, while this part talk about the meaning of rising of young workers and the education for the workers which is benefit for the social stability and the rapid development of enterprises.The content of second part is analysis of reality of ideological and political education to youth workers. And in the paragraph I consider the advantage and flaw of the education. The disadvantages include less motivation, outdated working measure, old work mechanism. Also I predict the future of the education which is more scientific, modernization and diversification.In third part I give an improvement way policy for the education. And in this strengthening process, we must insist on the principle that combined theory with practice,education with management. At the same time we mention the proper concept of how to enrich the content of education, create new way for education, establish mechnism of the education. And the ideological and political education for the youth,play an vital role in economic growth and development.
