The Study About The Ideological And Political Work Of Chinese Non-State Owned Enterprises

The non-state owned enterprises were born and grew up steady and sound under the policy of reforming and opening up to the outside. Their development is inseparable from the instruction, support and guidance of our party and government, and the ideological transformation of people as well as the conduction of the ideological and political work. This text, based on case study of Zhejiang SenSen industrial Co. Ltd. and a large number of theoretical materials, aims at demonstrating the present situation of the ideological and political work of Chinese non-state owned enterprises, probing into the reason ,essentiality and strengthening the effective approaches according to their characteristics ,regularity ,so that the acceleration of constructing harmonious enterprises and a sound society could be achieved. This text is divided into six parts. The first part: introducting the research condition about same thesis ,basis and innovation in preface. The second part: analysising the present situation and the reasons of ideological and political work of non-state owned enterprises, represented by Zhejiang SenSen Industrial Co. Ltd. The third part: discussing the necessity of the ideological and political work of non-state owned enterprises from big fields and small fields. The fourth part: according to the present situation ,probing to the characteristics and regularity of the ideological and political work of non-state owned enterprises, based on present situation, so as to get to the foundation and thinking. The fifth part: the search for effective approaches of ideological and political work in non-state owned enterprises, based on the present situation, characteristic, regularity. The sixth part: conclusion.
