A Study On The Ideological And Political Education Of Young Workers In The State-Owned Enterprises Of Chongqing

Today,international and domestic environment profound changed,and varieties of social thoughts emerged.The mind of state-owned enterprises’ workers has been enhanced in the field of independence,otherness and variety.So their values becoming diverse.As the fresh force of state-owned enterprises,young workers are the backbone power to push the development of state-owned enterprises.Under this background,the young workers’ ideological and political education of state-owned enterprises has shown the new feature.At the same time,they are facing a new dilemma.They pay a great attention to the young workers’ ideological and political education,which is the pressing need of making the state-owned enterprise great and powerful,and also the inner need of young workers’ cultivating career.In recent years,Chongqing’s state-owned enterprises take the initiative to grasp the new requirements of the new era,and insist on taking the Xi jinping’s Socialist thought with Chinese Characteristics in the new era as the ideological basis during the stateowned enterprises’ organizations.They attach great importance to the ideological and political work of young workers and strive to transform their advantages into competitive advantages of enterprises.To clear understanding of the current ideological situation of Chongqing’s state-owned enterprises and the predicament they are facing in the new era is conducive to the further implementation of the important measures of the thoroughly implemented the Communist Party’s ruling Idea,the enhancement of the Party’s ruling capacity,the building of a socialist society with Chinese Characteristics and the smooth completion of the new reform goal of Chongqing’s state-owned enterprises.This paper will use the stand,view points,methods of Marxism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiao-ping Theory,the Important Thought of "Three Represents",and Xi Jinping’s Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era to discuss,draw lessons from previous research results,the current new era of Chongqing stateowned enterprise youth workers’ ideological and political work for the systematic analysis,grasp its actual information.This paper combines the related academic development to analyse the series of problems in the field of Chongqing state-owned enterprises’ ideological and political education.The fourth chapter: The cause analysis of the problems existing in the ideological and political education of young workers in Chongqing’s state-owned enterprises.After discovering the problems existing in the ideological and political education of young workers in Chongqing’s state-owned enterprises,this paper analyzes the reasons for these problems.The fifth chapter: Countermeasures for strengthening the ideological and political education of young workers in Chongqing’s state-owned enterprises.After finding out the problems existing in the ideological and political education of young workers in Chongqing’s state-owned enterprises,and analyzing the causes of the problems,we should put forward relevant countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of young workers in Chongqing’s state-owned enterprises.The improving effectiveness can escort the reform and development of Chongqing’s state-owned enterprises during the socialist construction in new era.
