The Research Of The Ideal And Belief Education Of Contemporary Armed Police Force

It is an important history mission for armed police officers and soldiers to be loyal guards of the party and the people. Since Hu Jintao presided over the Military Commission, he encouraged the police officers to fulfill the historical mission called “ the three supplies” and “the one development” in the new stage during the new century. Only the good performance of the basic function can ensure national political stability and social peace, and can make a good situation of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization construction in a high-speed development. If armed police officers and soldiers are able to be loyal to scientific development concept and fulfill the mission functions, they can build a harmonious and stable environment for the citizen, and can provide a strong guarantee for the citizen to concentrate their attention on building the motherland into a modern powerful socialist country.Therefore, this paper firstly focuses on the concept of ideal and belief, the scientific connotation of ideal and belief education of soldiers, and the content and significance of armed police force of ideal and belief education. After that, through an empirical research on the Hunan Armed Police Corps survey, it analyzes the current situation and summarizes the existing problems of the ideal faith education of police officers. There are two main problems. The one is that the ideal and faith education cannot keep pace with the times due to the lack of the spirit of the times. Specifically, there are too much instruction education rather than guidance education. The lack of modern technology makes the education of ideal and belief obsolete. The other problem is the lack of education quality of armed police, which leads to disrupting the soldier’s psychology by the complex domestic and international situation. According to the problems, taking the armed police corps in Hunan Province as an example, it focuses on how to eliminate the undesirable tendency, and how to improve the education quality of armed police soldiers to carry out corresponding countermeasures analysis. It proposes to stick to the belief of communism and innovative teaching methods, to improve the quality of education and to combine with the police practical for the sake of riching the content of the education of ideal and belief and finally to expand the effect of faith education ideal of armed police soldiers.
