| After 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the progress of the "Four Comprehensives" strategic plan(Comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society, Comprehensively deepen reform, Comprehensively govern the nation according to law, Comprehensively strictly govern the Party), Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) through its own reforms, building a clean government and the anti-corruption struggle and political construction of modern Chinese political development is increasingly showing different conventional operational capacity and political functions. The current reform of the CCDI not only needs to be based on the government and anti-corruption, but also needs from the height of the ruling party building and national political development to make a comprehensive review. It has important theoretical and practical significance to the analysis of the CCDI Reform. In this paper, the logical analysis of the reform of CCDI has 3 respects, target position of history, law and convention, adjustment of mechanism, system and function, optimisation of operational goals and construction of operational capability. Target position of history, law and convention is the starting point. adjustment of mechanism, system and function is the current focus point. And optimisation of operational goals and construction of operational capability is the ultimate practice point. Understanding of history, law and convention is conducive to determine the space of reform and clarify the direction of the reform of CCDI. Organisation restructuring and the function transformation constitute the basic context of its reform path. It’s the key point of the research of the reform, which is also the core content of this article. Observing the operational goals and capability helps to get a objective estimation of the achievement of the CCDI reform after 18th National Congress. |
