Research On The Performance Of The Basic Discipline Inspection Commission 's Performance

On the sixth plenary session, the eighteenth session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection proposed that, to punish the irregularities and corruption around the masses resolutely, and extend the strictly regulations about the Party administration to the grassroots. Township and county Commission for Discipline Inspection, play the basic status of discipline inspection and supervision system, is the basic strength, for Party style and clean government and the anti-corruption. How effective of the county, township, street discipline inspection and supervision work, directly related to the construction of a clean and honest government policy deployment and implementation of the task of anti-corruption. However, there are many factors, such as lack of funds and equipment support, disfunction of team construction, become the bottleneck problems to enhance grassroots discipline inspection organs of the ability to perform their duties.In order to adapt to the new situation and task, we must enhance the ability to duties perform and have to give full play to the role of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision institutions, make reform and innovation in the cadre selection, hardware security, institutional mechanisms.In this paper, using a combination of literature research and empirical analysis method,to analyse the difficulties and problems of combing grassroots discipline inspection and supervision organs in the performance of their duties, and the cause of the problem, and take Wuhai city of Inner Mongolia as an example, put forward countermeasures and suggestions enhance the ability to perform their duties around the grassroots discipline.
