Xi Jinping pointed out at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection that "to promote the comprehensive and strict management of the party to the grassroots level",the township discipline inspection commission as the most basic unit of the discipline inspection and supervision organs is the pioneering force to carry out the anti-corruption struggle and the party's work style and clean government.The performance of the township and township disciplinary committee is related to the overall situation of development and stability at the grassroots level and even the whole country,and is also related to the great cause building of the party.Therefore,how to strengthen the performance of the township and township disciplinary committee has become the focus of the current work of the town government.Based on the above background,to study the performance ability of the personnel of A Township discipline committee,this paper mainly approaches the questionnaire survey method.Firstly,it introduces the working status of A town discipline committee,including the basic situation of A town discipline committee,the system formulation of A town Discipline Committee and the investigation on performance of duties.Then,it uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to implement A Township discipline committee.The evaluation results show that most of the personnel of the Discipline Committee of A town belong to the category of incompetence.Through analysis,it is clear that the main problems of the work of the Discipline Committee of A town are the weak construction of cadres,the dislocation of performance,and the poor professional ability of the personnel of the Discipline Committee of A town,which are due to the imperfect construction mechanism of the discipline inspection cadres.The barrier system is not compatible with the objective situation of performance;the training is not strong enough and the incentive mechanism is not perfect.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,including improving the access threshold of disciplines Commission cadres,further improving the institution system,strengthening professional training and improving the incentive mechanism.
