Research On Social Governance From The Perspective Of Constructing Socialist Harmonious Society

Basic value orientation and methodology demands of contemporary Chinese social governance is to build a harmonious society, Construction of harmonious society needs scientific and efficient treatment values and philosophy, indicating the changing, innovation of traditional government and society highly unified social governance mode. So it is a great theoretical and practical value to understand and grasp the theory of social governance correctly, to build a harmonious society. In the special social background of building socialist harmonious society, in the deepening economic reform process, many social problems and incidents were occurred frequently. Corresponding requires need improvement and innovation of the new social system model. The theory of social governance need deepen and enrich constantly, and social management innovation need to be promoting. Economic development does not equal social development, but just the material basis for social development and a prerequisite. Economic growth may also bring a series of social problems, such as people’s livelihood, social justice, social contradictions. Solving these problems need simultaneous promotion of social governance innovation. In enhancing the governance capability, the innovation of social governance is to further get right back to the society, to stimulate the social vitality, to involve social organizations in social management. Through the cooperation of various organizations to protect and improve people’s livelihood, promote social fairness and justice, to prevent and resolve social conflicts, to ensure public safety. The social governance theory could strengthen the leadership of the party and the construction of the harmonious society. And it has a very important significance for the realization of national governance systems and governance capacity modernization.This paper expounds the relationship between the construction of socialist harmonious society and social governance, starting with the concept and basic connotation of social governance, this paper expounds that the construction of socialist harmonious society could be not separated from the social governance, both complement each other. These difficult points in the process of social governance are systematically explained. Through the further refinement of social governance, analyzing the causes of problems was too hard in the process of social governance. Finally, based on the current background of China socialism, and in view of the current construction of a series of problems and contradictions in the process of harmonious society, so as to find appropriate solutions and concrete measures of innovation of social governance, some suggestions for strengthen the innovation of social governance must be put forward, to promote social harmony. About how to focus on the innovation of social governance, it needs to guarantee the construction of harmonious society smoothly. Through the analysis of the important role of social management in building a harmonious society, and according to our country situation, comprehensively discussion the realistic enlightenment of the innovation of social governance for construction of harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristics.
