Research On The Construction Of Teachers' Morality Based On The Socialist Core Values

The ancient teachers attach great importance to the core values of traditional society, that is, inheritance and maintenance of “tao”, is the so-called “where tao, there is a teacher”. The mainstream of teacher’s ethics construction is positive, but there are still some problems. Deeply analysis the root of these problems, the reason is various. The teacher’s ethics construction lack value consensus is one of the important reasons that can’t be ignored. For this reason, in contemporary China, a dominant core values urgently needed to guide the teacher’s ethics construction in our current country. Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values is the process of cultivating moral character and talent. The socialist core values is the guiding ideology and value support of the teacher’s ethics construction, and teacher’s ethics construction is the important carrier of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values. Therefore, it is great significance to strengthen the construction of teacher’s ethics under the guide of socialist core values. This paper attempts to point out the necessity and significance of the socialist core values to guide teacher’s ethics construction on the basic of the current situation of teacher’s ethics construction in our country. At last, we attempt to put forward specific measures and principle for the teacher’s ethics construction under the guide of socialist core values, in order to provide better theoretical support and route guidance for the study of the current teacher’s ethics construction.
