Research On Farmers' Cultural Adaptation In The Construction Of New Rural Community

Construction of the new rural community is one of the key tasks for the new rural construction. And in the construction of the new rural community, ideological and political education of farmers can not be ignored. Enhancing the farmers’ acculturation in the new rural community construction is not only the basic condition and important content of ideological and political education in rural areas, but also making new demands to the ideological and political education in the construction of our new country. From this new perspective, it aims to explore how to strengthen the farmers’ cultural adaptation for new rural community, in order to promote ideological and political education of rural development and progress, and look forward to promoting the construction of new rural communities and the new rural construction as a whole new benefit.This article is mainly from four aspects of the farmers’ cultural adaptation in the new rural community construction:Firstly, the connotations of acculturation. Acculturation is an important part of the scope of ethnology, with tools and technical aspects of adaptation, institutional level of adaptation and concept level of adaptation these three aspects. And to the specific of the new rural community construction, the farmers acculturation can be summarized as the production of non-agricultural farmers, community-based living, modern life, identity and cultural identity of the city.Secondly, it is important for farmers to adapt to the new culture of rural community construction. The significance is mainly in three aspects: first, it is helpful to cultivating the main force of the new rural community construction, embodied in the ability to improve the expertise of farmers, farmers’ community management capabilities of farmers to participate in public awareness; second, it is helpful to strengthening the essential foundation of rural community development: the performance of the material foundation for the growth of the rural community construction, reinforce the human infrastructure of rural community construction;third, it is helpful to achieving the fundamental goal of the new rural community construction,because the fundamental goal of the new rural community construction is to increase farmers’ well-being, and the farmers’ cultural adaptation is an important aspect and the necessary conditions for the promotion of the welfare of farmers.Thirdly, the problems and causes of the farmers’ acculturation in the new rural community construction. Existing problems mainly includes four aspects: the conflict between the old and the new philosophy of life, the psychological anxiety for the changing of the mode of production,the improper attitude to the community public space and public facilities, the insecurity ofindustry marginal society and so on. For causes, the analyze is mainly from farmers’ personal the external reasons.Finally, the strategies to strengthen farmer’ cultural adaptation in the new rural community,including optimization of rural community development planning and decision-making, improve the rural social security system in the community, and carry out rural community education actively, strengthening the public cultural construction of rural communities.
