Firstly, this paper introduces the present situation about domestic and foreign researches onthe rural community construction. According to the concept of the rural community construction,it makes the scope of the rural community construction, classifies the rural community, expoundthe theoretical basis of the rural community construction and realistic basis, summarizes the basicunit government, and the rural masses autonomy organization. Then it introduces the situation,the characteristics, guidelines and principles of the rural community construction of Gansuprovince. After that analyzes experience and enlightenment of Jiangxi province as well as LinliCounty of Hunan province. Then it analyzes present situation of Linze County in terms of ruralcommunity construction. And it also points out its main problems in the development process, inorder to provide reference for other places. On this basis, to further explore Gansu province ruralcommunity construction route, proposes improvement of management mechanism, to broaden thefinancing channels, to improve the level of public service and of rural residents’ participation, andpromote the development of folk organizations countermeasures and Suggestions. Last, it makesa whole summary.Our country is a large agricultural nation, its problems draw great attention by thegovernment. In October2006the party’s sixth plenary of sixteen session on rural put forwardcommunity construction, and since then the rural community construction work has been pushedin the nation gradually.
