Farmer Living Willingness And Influencing Factors In The New Rural Community Construction

In recent years, the country has made major strategic decision to promote the new rural community construction actively, and many areas also actively carried out or planned construction of new rural communities for the coordinated development of urban and rural. Maximum relationship between man and new rural community is farmers, whether they wish to check the new rural community, what influence factors are, must be clear problem in the new rural community construction.Therefore, it has important significance of the new rural communities construction scientifically and smoothly to strengthen the farmers living will and influencing factors of the new rural community construction, clear wishes of farmers live and influencing factors, and propose appropriate countermeasures.This paper based on the theory of psychology, sociology, political science and other disciplines, adopts questionnaire, method of statistical analysis, binary Logistic regression analysis to make researches on the willingness and influencing factors of farmer household living in the new type rural community construction. The main contents and results are as follows:(1) The willingness of farmer household living in the new type rural community construction. By depth research and analysis of the will of 500 households' the current situation living in the new rural community building including Xiedian Township, Donggucheng, former Sun Tuan Township, Beiguantao, Yanzhuang Township, five towns of 13 villages in Guan County of Liaocheng, and based on collected data from 360 valid questionnaires concluded that farmers are willing to live together accounted for 42.5% of farmers do not want to live together accounted for 57.5%.(2)Influencing factors of farmer household living in the new type rural community construction. Learn from relevant researches, considering the characteristics of the study area, choosing farmers age and other12 factors from three aspects includes the farmer individual characteristics, household characteristics and peasant farmers psychological cognitive as influencing factors of new rural community construction farmers living will, and use binary logistic regression model to filter significant factors. The results showed that only age passed 1% significant checks among farmers' individual characteristics factors, and has negative correlation with the will to live together,influence coefficient is-0.896, but the influence of gender and level of education is not significant. Among peasant family characteristics factors, sources of household income is up to 1% significance, and has positive correlation with the will to live together,influence coefficient is 0.929, total family income is up to 10% significance, and has positive correlation with the will to live together,influence coefficient is 0.147; existing housing area is significant at 5% level, and has positive correlation with the will to live together,influence coefficient is 0.468; household size and total household expenditure, the number of unmarried men, total annual household income does not pass the test of significance. Among peasants psychological characteristics factors, expectations for the new neighborhood is up to 1% significance, and has negative correlation with the will to live together,influence coefficient is-0.859; existing living environment satisfaction level is up to 5% significance, and has negative correlation with the will to live together,influence coefficient is-0.184;centralized public services residential areas is expected to reach 5% significance, and has positive correlation with the will to live together,influence coefficient is 0.579.(3)Suggestions of the new type rural community construction. Based on specific factors derived from studies, this paper proposes targeted suggestions includes changing the traditional concept of farmers, protecting farmers 'housing conditions, protecting farmers' income through various channels, multipath constructing new rural communities, enhancing residents exchanges and promoting public service facilities and so on.This study analyses willingness to live together and its influencing factors as a decision-making body from the microscopic point of view of farmers, it's significant for the government to fully respect the wishes of the public and scientifically develop new rural construction planning.
