A Study On The Government Strategy To Improve The Disposable Income Of Urban Residents In Heilongjiang Province

Disposable income of urban residents is one of the most important statistical indicators as reference measure of economic development level, reflecting the social livelihood of a region. In recent years, the economic level in Heilongjiang Province has witnessed considerable progress, life quality of urban residents has improved gradually, but disposable income level of urban residents has been at the bottom compared with other provinces of the country. Urban residents’ disposable income growth failed to synchronize with economic growth. Many factors are accountable for this kind of situation. There are objective factors contribute to this such as the allocation structure of resources, the development of market economy, regional differences, and also due to the mismanagement and inefficiency administrative actions like imperfect economic system mechanism, inadequate financial policy measures and other unreasonable factors. This paper focuses on the current situation of disposable income in Heilongjiang province from the perspective of government strategy, analyzes the influence and effect of government strategy on urban residents’ disposable income, emphasizing the government responsibility in the adjustment process of the disposable income of urban residents, and positively explore and study the way to improve the disposable income of urban residents.
