Research On The Innovation Of Grassroots Party Construction Under The Change Of Social Structure

Since the reform and opening up, we have been exploring the internal and external environment of the construction road which is in line with China’s national conditions. Therefore, how to better adapt to the party and government from the management to governance, leadership to the transformation of the service, become the new problems to be solved. In this regard, the central adhere to the practice of exploration and innovation in the new form of grassroots party building work, and get a lot of results. However, it must be understood to the current grass-roots party construction work still exist many problems to be solved. Therefore, we must change ideas under the new situation to strengthen the party self construction and continuous exploration to improve the grass-roots party construction work in the scientific level of realization of the path to achieve the social governance. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part mainly discusses the since the reform and opening up,Chinese social structure changes and challenges brought to the grass-roots party organizations; due to caused by the implementation of the reform of the economic system of our country and the basic economic system change and the policy of opening to the outside world of social structure differentiation, ideology of pluralism and social organization development, resulting in a ruling foundation of the party is the impact of the influence of grass-roots party organization is weakened, grass-roots party organizations of serious brain drain, changes in the structure of the ranks of the party. In the second part, the author focuses in recent years exploration of the grass-roots party construction work and the existing problems, this part will analyze the key put in the new period party building work to explore two aspects of the achieved experience and the existing problems. Through the analysis of some grass-roots party organizations and the case of the central policy research, the grass-roots party building work experience is summarized, and the current outstanding problems still exist in the analysis. In the third part, the author mainly explored in the new situation to improve the grass-roots party construction work in the scientific level of the path; on the basic experience of combing the organizational development based, the party organization in the new environment play a role in the effective approach of scientific way to achieve, that is, first determine the functions of the party organization, to improve the service type grassroots party organizations asthe basis to coordinate the class interests, the carrier of innovation of Party organization to perform its functions, and ultimately to consolidate the party’s ruling status.
