| The education and training of cadres is a key part of our party cadre education, is our party will continue to improve the quality of cadres and cadres’ purity of the important way to keep and is an important part of our party in the ideological and political education work. Our party in the education and training of cadres accumulated a wealth of valuable experience, especially in Yan’an period. The Communist Party of China through the development of the cadre school education and on-the-job cadre education, cultivate the about one million cadres, the guiding ideology for the mature and complete education system, the grand scale and fruitful results, successfully completed in the anti-Japanese national united front is the cornerstone of the new democratic revolution of the great turning point, so that the party’s political line, ideological and organizational lines in the great war of resistance against Japan and the war of liberation has been effectively implemented. The purpose of this paper is through the analysis of Yan’an period our party in the theory and practice of the education and training of cadres, based on further summarizes the historical experience and limitation of Yan’an period our party cadre education to groom the job, and provide reference for the new period our party cadre education to groom the job.The paper is about CPC’s cadre education of Yan’an period from 1935 to 1948.
