Study On The Cadre's Education Of The Chinese Communist Party During The Period Of All-Round Socialist Construction (1956—1966)

The Chinese Communist Party has always attached great importance to the Party's cadre education.In the process of revolution,construction and reform,cadre's education has always been an important part of the Chinese Communist Party's construction,and it providing a strong guarantee for the development of the Party.The Chinese Communist Party's cadre education has trained a large number of cadres to adapt to the new situation and tasks,laying the foundation for the realization of the central tasks of the Chinese Communist Party and the state in various historical periods.Studying the Cadre's Education of the Chinese Communist Party during the period of All-round socialist construction,earnestly summing up its historical experience,thus drawing inspiration,it is great significance to promote the development of the Chinese Communist Party's cadre education in the New Era.From the perspective of the basic issues of modern and contemporary Chinese history,this paper using the methods of unification of history and logic,the methods of unification of inheritance and innovation,and the methods of unification of theory and practice,it makes a comprehensive and in-depth study of the cadre's education of the Chinese Communist Party from 1956 to 1966.This paper is divided into the following five parts:Chapter 1,Introduction.This chapter mainly explains five aspects: the basis of the topic selection,the significance of the research,the status of the research,the ideas of the research and the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.Chapter 2,The background and guiding ideology of the Chinese Communist Party's cadre education during the period of All-round Socialist Construction.This chapter mainly explains two aspects: the background is discussed from two aspects: the vigorous development of socialist construction and the prevention of the penetration of the Peaceful evolution of the West.The guiding ideology is discussed from two aspects of Mao Zedong thought of cadre education,that is,"red and expert" and "raising proletarian revolutionary career successors".Chapter 3,The contents of the Chinese Communist Party's cadre education during the period of All-round Socialist Construction.This chapter mainly explains three aspects: First,the education of the Marxist-Leninist basic theory and Mao Zedong's works are discussed from two aspects: studying the works of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong's works;Secondly,the education of cultural knowledge and professional knowledge are discussed from two aspects: learning scientific and cultural knowledge and professional and technical knowledge;Thirdly,the Chinese Communist Party's basic knowledge and revolutionary tradition education are discussed from two aspects: learning the Party's basic knowledge and revolutionary tradition.Chapter 4,The institutional mechanisms and modes of the Chinese Communist Party's cadre education during the period of All-round Socialist Construction.This chapter mainly explains two aspects: Firstly,the institutional mechanisms of the cadre education are discussed from three aspects: management system,training institutions and training objects;Secondly,the basic ways of the cadre education are discussed from two aspects: off-job training and training in labor practice.Chapter 5,The effectiveness,lessons and enlightenment of the Chinese Communist Party's cadre education during the period of All-round Socialist Construction.This chapter mainly explains three aspects: the effectiveness is discussed from two aspects: the number and quality of training;the lessons are discussed from four aspects: the “Left” political route has affected the quality of the cadre training,the teaching method of political movement has attacked the enthusiasm of cadres,the unreasonable contents and methods have reduced the training effectiveness,the "Left" error has impacted the cadre education‘s training institutions;the enlightenment are discussed from five aspects: it must be placed in the strategic position of the Chinese Communist Party and the state,it must focus on the overall situation of the Chinese Communist Party and the state,the education of ideals and beliefs must be put in the first place,it must improve the content system of education and training,it must strengthen the guarantee system of education and training.
