With the continuous development of market economy, strengthen the purchasing powerof citizens, the height of the popularity of the Internet, people’s transactions has undergoneprofound changes. Network transaction model in China is developing rapidly, with itsconvenient, inexpensive, variety, geographical advantages and low restrictive attracts manyconsumers. Internet trading patterns and convenience benefits to consumers, but also to theexisting consumer protection system in China, especially the protection of the consumer’sright to know the system presents new challenges. Internet trading in the early stages ofdevelopment, its trade order, the regulatory system is not yet complete, which allowsconsumers to traditional trading pattern is in a weak position in the trading networktransaction mode is more obvious disadvantage. Consumers ’right to conduct in-depth studyof the network, pointing out the inadequacies of China’s relevant laws and protection system,build online shopping environment for China’s trading rules and the legal and regulatorysystem, and break the network of frequent violations of consumers’ right to know the problem,in order to protect the network the legitimate interests of consumers, the significance of thisstudy lies.The consumer’s right to know is one of the fundamental rights and statutory rights ofconsumers, consumer advocates is the premise and basis of other rights. In this paper, acomparative analysis, case studies and other research methods, research methods and itscauses system of real-life consumer’s right to know all kinds of violations of the network,pointing out China’s relevant laws and inadequate protection system, and the future of onlineconsumers’ right to know improve the protection of the legal system to make a fewsuggestions.Introduction This paper is removed, the conclusion, is divided into four parts. The firstpart is the basic problem of the consumer ’s right to know. The section from the mainqualification consumer protection network analyzes consumers ’right to know the meaning ofthe network to explore the theoretical basis for the protection of consumers ’ right to know.The second part of our network through the practice of protecting consumers’ right to analyzethe problems, leading consumers to explore the causes of the violation of the right toinformation regime. By comparing the third part of the world’s advanced countries andinternational organizations in the protection of the network system of the consumer ’s right toknow, the system summarizes the foreign consumers’ right to protect our network revelation.The fourth part is the core of this paper, for a variety of online consumers the right to know the existence of the problem, put forward relevant proposals. Including expandingthe scope of protection of the consumer ’s right to know the network, go back right toregulate consumers, enhance information disclosure obligations of operators, establishcredibility influential network assessment and safety evaluation system, establish a violationof the consumer ’s right to know the relief system network effectively protect consumers’ rightto promote the network.
