Summed up the experience for reference on the basis of comparative study.The forth chapter carries on the elaboration to the present situation of overseas investment in Yunnan Province, main achievements, basic characteristics, summed up the current situation of overseas investment of Yunnan Province enterprise legal risk management.The fifth chapter from the microscopic point, select a private enterprises overseas investment specific, analyzes the legal status of risk management of overseas investment enterprises now in the process of legal risk, and specifically the overseas investment enterprises in the course of the analysis, put forward specific risk management measures.The sixth chapter is the legal risk management system from the enterprise level construction of overseas investment, which is constructed from the concept of foreign investment, foreign investment law risk management culture, system of administration,the legal risk of overseas investment information, legal risk management organization and personnel of overseas investment.
