With the development of China's economy, more and more Chinese companies have chosen to “go global”,and China's status on the international investment stage has changed from the largest investment country to a country with high input and high output. In the context of the“Belt and Road Initiative,” China's trade and investment exchanges with countries along the route have deepened and the investment environment has been gradually optimized.More and more energy companies have chosen to“go global”.The West Asia region is rich in oil and gas resources.Controlling this stable energy source is related to China's energy security and its future development and rise. However, due to perennial wars and imperfect legal systems, there are extremely high risks in investing inWestern Asia,at the same time,a great deal of legal services are required. At present, the level of China's legal service industry is still far from the mature international law firms. In the case of such cases that require transnational cooperation and investigation, the experience and capabilities are insufficient. From the perspective of practice, this article uses a comprehensive analysis approach to sort out the energy history and risks of Chinese energy companies in West Asia, and points out the issues that the legal service industry should pay attention to in assisting enterprises to invest overseas, and helps companies to cope with investment risks to strengthen their own Service level, access to cutting-edge areas of the legal services industry.
