The generation of a large number of disputes, not only damage the legitimate rights and interests of the parties to the credit card, which is not conducive to the stability of China’s financial market development.This paper is based on the author in the credit card center work experience as the background, in the collection of a large number of customer complaints material, through summing up and sorting out some representative problems with and to analyze the credit card transaction disputes process, the legal relationship between the cardholder and card issuers, merchants; to explore the format of the terms of the credit card issuers in the cardholder liability is aggravated unreasonable place; to study the credit card counterfeit cases merchants liability cognizance. The author will be divided into four chapters to introduce credit card profiles, credit card transactions between the parties legal relation, credit card transactions in the presence of some legal problems and improve our credit card legal system of some suggestions. From these four sections of the credit card transaction process in the civil and commercial legal relations, the better for the development of the credit card business to add fuel to the positive role.
