Exploration Of Social Integration Capacity Building Of The Party Under The Conditions Of A Market Economy

Since the reform and opening up, along with the system of Socialist Market Economy being building,China's overall national strength has got significantly strengthened and living standards of people improved. New groups with different interests are divided from the original classes structure, and show a trend of variety developing. As the reform has been deepening and comprehensive, there are not only growing conflicts in economical interests, but also increasingly growing trend in the understanding difference of politic between different social classses and interests groups.Under the variety of interests, the ideology of members began to get differential and gradually form a pattern of diverse ideologies. With the frequent changes of interests needs and social roles'transition, it accordingly called for further enhance of social integration capacity for the Party. In the process of social transformation, there will be also inevitably a lot of contradictions as well as a huge development. Every social class gets differences in the process of protecting their vested interests, on the other hand, political participation and expression mechanism are still imperfect, which contribute to arouse their dissatisfaction with existing political system and then lower the identification level to the ruling Party.Then, the ruling foundation and legitimacy of the ruling Party will be challenged.Continuously improving the capacity of building socaialist harmonious society is the comprehensive performance of social integration capacity for the Party. And socaialist harmonious society should focus on the continuously improving the Party's capacity of social integration. How to seek common interests between different interests groups to maintain social stability and harmony;how to adjust the social integrate mode and improve the mechanism of interests integration to promote the social integration ability of Party and optimize social integration enviornment, then further to constantly improve the integration level of Party. How to strength the attractiveness of the ideology, effectively solve the issue of the political alienation, improve the social integration capacity of Party and realize efficient social integration, all of these are what the paper will be all efforts to solve.Building socialist harmonious society must coordinate the new interests structure of different interests groups combining the new changes of main benefits. Contradictions and interests, integration and differentiation are not only a dynamic process, also dialectically developing in the real life of economy and society. In the process of dynamic development, Party should enhance its capacity of social integration without losing any chance as to integrate the economic and social relationship with growing differentiation, and then expect better building socialist harmonious society.The implementation of harmonious society is also a process of constant integration of society. In this paper, it will be focus on analysizing the dialectical relation between harmonious society and Party's integration capacity building; and in the writing, it will be attention to the value formulation of Party's social integration capacity building and the rigid and flexible methods of principles. In the same time, it will combine with improving the subjectivity of Party's social integration capacity building and analysis of its dialetical relation and exploration of political demands, and meanwhile it will propose the according path choice.
