Since the reform and opening up policy,the China’s social organizations have obtained rapiding development and improve both in quantity and quality of service. Up to the end of 2014, China has nearly 560000 social organizations and 50 million workers in social organizations,such as social services, health care, education and other fields.These have made the prominent contribution in order to improve the social public service.And this has became the consensus of most people,which the social organization is one of essential the troika of social governance.However,the social organization of adverse events are often occurred in recent years,such as the Red Cross, the hope project fund stolen events and so on. These events have both external and internal causes,and there is no doubt that the social organization of internal governance is the major. Therefore, the author study it from the perspective of social organization internal governance mechanism. The first of all,I points out some problems in the terms of decision-making mechanism, such as the council is not sane,lack of national decision-making process and the lack of long-term strategic planning.That made the social organization of decision-making has deviated from the emergence of social organization. Then in terms of enforcement mechanism, human resource management system is imperfect, lack of independent mechanism of financial management system,and a sound performance evaluation,so this lead to social organization that can’t fulfill its public responsibilities of efficient, transparent and positive. In addition,the supervision mechanism have some problems, such as the supervision mechanism is’ t same, individual moral control and external supervision, that lead to the corruption behavior in social organization managers frequently.To solve above problems, on the basis of the analysiss,the author put forward to set up perfect, participating in the council, building a democratic decision-making process in the aspect of decision-making mechanism;And in terms of enforcement mechanism, I point to improve the system of personnel and financial management,and strengthe the performance evaluation work.Then in terms of supervision mechanism, raise to establish perfect information disclosure system.
