Administrative decision-making is a central part of the administrative management activities, which is a kind of basic and universal behavior in the government activities. Administrative decision-making involves all aspects of a country’s political life, which is the basis of daily management and routine service activities carried out by the administrative institutions. But in practical life, decision-making errors often happen, which not only lead great economic losses to some governmental departments and economic sectors, but also influence the government’s credibility and image to great extend.
