Analysis Into The Defects And Countermeasures Of The Administrative Decision-Making Supervision Mechanism Of China

Administrative decision-making is the primary and essential link of administrative management, and administrative decision-making directly affects the level and efficiency of administrative management. With the rapid advancement of science and technology, rapid development of the economy, and constant enlargement of public administrative areas, the level of the government's administrative decision-making capacity has become increasingly crucial. At present, the unreasonable, erroneous and illegal acts that exist in China's administrative decision-making process have directly affected the fulfillment of administrative management purposes, harmed the interests of administrative counterparts, damaged the image of the government and public servants, thereby resulting in waste of great amount of social and public wealth. To ensure the administrative decision-making purpose oriented for public welfare, promote the administrative decision-making being scientific, realize the administrative decision-making procedures to be regulated by the law, and to ensure maximized administrative decision-making benefit, the supervision over the administrative decision-making procedures must be strengthened.Generally speaking, the administrative decision-making supervision mechanism of China suits the situation of the country, however, it has lots of defects. This thesis attaches great importance to the combination of theory with practice, and has reviewed the administrative decision-making mechanism of China from a legal perspective, and analyzed the defects of the prevailing administrative decision-making supervision mechanism of China. Suggestions are proposed on improving the administrative decision-making supervision mechanism of China from the aspect of building a normalized, systematic, specialized and legalized administrative decision-making supervision mechanism. It also intends to seek effective method for realizing the administrative decision-making procedures to be scientific, democratic and governed by the laws.
