It has formed its own system. The implement result of it has been recognized around the world. As a result, the law is called “Sunshine act”. Officials property declaration system is an important task of our nation to establish the preventing corruption system. The pilot areas that have already implemented this system provide great experience for theoretical research. To better understand officials property declaration system, people should understand from three aspects including its connotation, components, reason to do research. Officials property declaration system mainly is constructed by declaration subject, content, type, timing, agencies to report and legal responsibility. The meaning of this rule is to differentiate the officials themselves with the right they have with law. Clearly defined the limit of the self-interest people can access during they are taking public responsibility to make sure they are under supervised and achieve the purpose of prevention of corruption. There exists lack of legislation, design loophole, and lack of awareness in our current rules. However, the practices start in Aletai in Xinjiang and Cixi in Zhejiang provides us important experience. After China signed the “United Nations Convention against Corruption”, our nation should get experience and inspiration from the success of this system in other nations such as United States and South Korea. The success of this system in other nations shows us that officials property declaration system has to be added into law system. The key of the declaration system is to declare and to be public. Only with proper policy, it can successfully control corruption and the power of the officials. To promoting China current declaration policy, our nation should make progress in three aspects including property concept in mind, policy improvement, and policy construction. These aspects are also important methods to prevent officials from corruption and to make sure the system no corruption.
