Honest administration building is also promoted actively.Currently,our country use the criminal law and the party regulations to punish corruption.With the developing of domestic political and academic research, The whole society pay more attention on Property declaration system of public officials. And in some areas,The system has been implemented in the local area, Of course it has made some achievements and accumulated some experience, But not for large-scale popularization, In strict sense, China has no property declaration system. So, researching and learning from the advanced experience of other regions become extremely urgent.It is not long from the beginning of the establishment of the system up to now,But Macau has made great achievements on clean government, Legal system has been developed rapidly, Before the reunification of the motherland, Macau exists a very serious problem of corruption, but now become the forefront of Asia’s Corruption Perceptions Index ranking of the region, which fully demonstrates the Macau property and interests in the reporting system Macao anti-corruption, and efficient administration has made outstanding achievements; sprout from the initial system to constantly improve the system,Macau property and interests declaration system has experienced a continuous development and improvement of the process, and its system of legislative, administrative law, good governance cultural construction law has a lot to learn from the mainland place;at the same time, Macau property and interests in an evolving system of declaration of the course, with the progress of time, the system also has room for improvement andinnovation.
