A Comparative Study Of Sino - Japanese Aid To Middle East

With the continuous development of the international community, the relationship between different countries is increasingly close. The aid has become an important link in the development of national relations. Foreign aid is a historic political and economic phenomenon in international relations, is an important tool in international relations, is an important part of foreign countries, is also an important way to promote the friendly cooperation between countries. And for China and Japan both international aid power,foreign aid is more significant. China as a responsible great power in the international community, foreign aid is the important way for China to establish good international image. At the same time, foreign aid is also an important tool to enhance the international status of our country and our voice in the affairs of the international community. And for Japan which is eager to pursue political power, foreign aid is its Important means to get more international support to achieve political goals. In this paper, I give a simple summary about the development of Chinese foreign aid and Japanese foreign aid and also give an arrangement on the specific aid development stages of China and Japan to the Middle East. Finally, I make some comparisons on concepts, motivations, channels and means for aid operation as well as the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and Japanese aids to the Middle East.By comparisons, we can get the advantages and disadvantages of China to assistant the Middle East countries, fostering strengths and circumventing weaknesses, discarding the dross and keeping the finer parts. And in the end of my paper, I give some opinions on the problems of Chinese aid. About the classification of foreign aid, I divide it into material aid and spiritual aid according to the material and spiritual.Spiritual aid still don’t get too much recognition in the world, and only material aid be called aid by people.
