Marketing strategy is center and essential part of the enterprise's runriing.Because of problems and shortages of the additive existing,it becomes real singificance and reference meaning to reaserch the marketing strategy of the Cast Pipe Plant Of AnShan Iron and Steel Complex. At first the marketing environment of ASISC in home and aboard is provied in this paper,and the meriage strategy and excuting project are given.The whole article consists of three sections. In part one,the markeing environment of ASISC in home and aboard is explicated,and the direction of our casting pipe's developing is made out according to these,author finds out chance and challenge which happen on ASISC,furthermore,advantage and disadvantage of ASISC's are given. In second part,the marketing of our cast pipe are subdivided,the main subdivision of market are evaluate,and the target of market is defined by the case and the dirction of ASISC's develop ing.The grading ideal and the manager target of martketing strategy are made.Having been researched and explicated the different lifecycle of various products are given.At last,product,price,proinoting sell and method are provided. In third Section,the actualize,measure and to guaranteeting condition of marketing strategy of ASISC are introduced.
