Study Of The Real Property Registration System

This thesis contains five parts. The first part deeply probes the theoretical basis of registration of estate. It points out that registration has a close relationship with principles of jus rerum. In the second part, the author classifies the legal relations of registration into two forms: the legal relations of requesting registration assistance and the legal relations of application registration. The third part is mainly on the juridicalization of registration institution and registration procedure. The effect of registration is discussed in the fourth part. The last part analyses the problems of current estate registration system of China, and put forward the author's suggestion of improvement.
