Problems And Countermeasures Of China's Investment Fund Industry Development

Investment fund in China has developed for about seven years. In this period, investment fund has taken shape. However, investment fund still has many shortcomings. The paper will discuss the basic theories of investment fund. It will also deal with the problems in investment fund and the solutions.This first part of this paper has firstly introduced the concept of investment fund, which is based on credit, and then portrayed its significance in China 's economic reforms. In the second part, many problems in investment fund management and operation, such as fund market management of personal supervision, incomplete act of fund, the inherence flaw of close fund in itself, and the fund marketing, etc., are discussed.In the third part, on the basis of the above analysis, eight suggestions are advanced as follows.Improve the system of fund management of personal supervisionConstruct fund evaluation institutionReduce the preferential policiesEnhance the fund marketingImprove the ways of fund distributing dividendsHave the old funds conform to the act criterionDevelop open fundAt last, cultivate capable personnel in fund management and researches.In short, investment fund in china will develop faster if these problems are solved. Of course, some new problems will arise in practice. Investment fund of my country will develop better and better if these new problems could be solved continuously. But, if we are able to solve them properly and in time, investment fund will develop much better.
