| To realize the change of economic structure and the economic growth way fundamentally , is the objective of the 9th -year-plan and the future programme 2010. Since the 14th conference established the socialist market economic system, our country reformation in employment system has come into a new stage. The most important symbol of it is the change of disposition way, by which the social labour force was assigned by government unified in the past and was assigned by labour market mechanism at present . To change the economy growth way will make it easy for the factor supporting the economy growth speed to vary , so the factor of labor force will be effected inevitably .During the process of deeding in market-orientated reformation and of changing in economy growth way day by day, our country has been facing the employment pressure which never existed before .The gap between the labor force supply and demand is bigger and bigger now by the staff and workers unemployment ,rural surplus labor force and large increasing labor force every year. So, how to promote the economy growth and society stability , become a hot spot concerned by all circles .More over, our countrys' stern employment situation will continue a very long time ,the pressure of social employment will be more seriously in the next 20-30 years.The purpose of this article is to explore a way of optimizing the labour force disposition to coordinate the change of economy growth way, and to make them promote and complement each other. So, this thesis will have great theoretical and practical significance not only to the change of economy growth way , but also to the optimizing of the labor force disposition , especially to relieve the employment pressure in our country . The article falls into the following four parts: I. Summary of the way of economic growth and labour force resource disposition We've gained fantastic achievement in the economic development during the 20 years adoption of reform and open policy. Market -orientated policy is becoming profound and the mechanism of market is beginning to coordinate the manufacture of division of labor and coordination crosswise. The coordinating efficiency is raised comparatively and has had a profound influence upon the way of growth. While with about 20 years' reform of system, the way of economic growth in our country has not had a fundamental change overall, which should not be avoided. At present, the economic reform has come to a critical period. The disadvantages of extensive growth are exposed further. It has seriously hindered the system change and economic development. It embodies: (1) Both the ratio of input production and the economic interests are low; (2) Technological advancement is slow, industrial equipment is old fashioned ; (3) Industrial structure is unreasonable. (4) The scale economic interests of industrial organizations are poor; (5) The waste of resources is serious and the problem of ecological environment is protrusive. The change of the way of economic growth includes technology advancement ,industrial escalation, structure adjustment ,property realignment ,intensive management .Resources econom-ization ,etc. The essential problem is how to transform the way of economic growth. With the rapid development of technology and economy, only when state enterprises adopt intensive management, fasten the speed of having the structure of their products escalation and replacement and try to adopt new technology, and build up valid recreation system, could they achieve the goal of transforming the way of economic growth. It includes the following three: technology recreation, organization recreation, and management recreation. The resource of labor force is the indispensable manufacture resource of a country.
