It has become an inevitable trend that the public security supervision department cancels the suspects,defendants and prisoners in detention centers from participating in labor production.The educational transformation of detainees in detention centers is of great social value.The conversion learning process of detainees needs to go through certain stages,which can be completed under both subjective and objective conditions.By means of on-the-spot investigation and interviews,this paper finds that there are many problems in the educational transformation of the prisoners in detention house,such as the lack of leaders' attention,the lack of concrete degree of relevant policies,and the lack of supporting hardware facilities.From the perspective of a law enforcement officer who has been engaged in correctional work for many years,and on the basis of first-hand and detailed information,taking the detention house of l district as an example,Combining with the policy and law,this paper analyzes the reasons why the education and transformation of the prisoners in the detention house cannot be carried out in the light of the internal and external conditions of the theory of transformation and the occurrence process.Then,in the light of the problems and causes analyzed,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the educational transformation of detention houses,Such as changing the idea of educational transformation,improving the conditions of educational transformation,building the psychological mechanism of educational transformation,improving the assessment mechanism,etc.It is expected to provide a reference for the research of the prisoners' education transformation.
