Part of The original FuShun Excavator company, Changjiang Excavator factory, Locaed in LuZhou, SiChuan Province, was founded in the early 1960s, In the past thirty years, with the great efforts made by several generations in the factory, It has developed into a big state-owned company it on the wild land. With its function of producing all kinds of excavators, it has made great contributions to overall economic construction, especially in the area of mechanical engineering. However, for many kinds of reasons, especially with the development of our reform in economic system, our company is now facing some serious problems. The transforming of the management system is gradually falling behind the development of market economy. The company has gradually turned into one suffering big loss from a good profits-erring tax-contributing one in Sichuan Province. At present, it's very difficult for the company to control its production management, and the economic conditions are getting worse and worse. The reasons for this are very complicated, related to both of management system and the policy, of historical and realistic context, involving both outer surroundings and the management problems. It shows not only the problems common to the state-owned businesses reform but also the reform and development of the company it self, which result from many problems and contradictions. As a member of the company, I saw the ups and downs, successes and failures of our company with my own eyes. Therefore, this article will, in chronological order, tell you the exact reasons why the factory is in trapped in such a difficult condition. Meanwhile, it provides some ideas on how to develop our company. The article mainly contains: 1.the recollection of the founding of the factory, it's product-development, technological transformations, some thoughts and methods for transforming and reorganizing the factory into a limited responsibility company. 2.the description on the background of the establishing of Changgong Group, its reform steps and the management condition of the new-organized company. 3.a deep analysis to the reasons why the factory is trapped in the difficult situation from the angles of ideology, the administration of the national enterprises, the national macroscopic economic policy, and the innovation of the new systems. 4. A comment on the necessity and possibility to get the company out of the difficult situation by annexing and reforming, and a test of the methods in annexing Changgong Group. by LuZhou investment company.
