Social Stability In Our Province Government Behavior Choices

Abstract: The problem of social stability is a problem to i~kch any country, any government pay close attention . Like what comrade hang Ze-min said in the report of fifteenth National People抯 congress: 揥e can抰 do any thing without stable.?As far as our province is concern, the party committee and the government made many regulations and rules successively and took a series measures to defend the social stable and to make sure that the economic construction of our province can be carried out smoothly. In general, the political situation and the condition of public order in our province are stable and also adapt to the situation of the economic construction and the situation of reform and opening to the outside in our province. But, we should also be aware that because the society is in a period of transforming the adjusting of the economic interests set up and the emerging of the important reform measure will unavoidably touch everyone抯 change in world outlook, life outlook and value outlook. Now, there are many unstable factors in the society of our province. How to deal with these unstable factors is a problem for governments at all levels in our province to solve urgently. Stability refers to a kind of orderly condition of the social politic development and it can endure the attack of all kinds of contradictions inside or outside. Usually, stabl~refers to social stable, it includes political stable, economic stable, ideologic拁l stable and policy stable. This article has mainly analyzed the problem of social stablility and the government抯 policy-making action in our province from four aspects. First, it has analyzed the main manifestation, they are: the group incidents due to contradictions among the people increase greatly; the number of criminal crime increases, its means have gone up and its harm becomes more serious; prostitution, going whoring, making and spreading obscene objects never disappear despite repeated prohibition; evil religion and illegal religion emerge one place when you ban them in another place and so on. The article has also indicated their serious harm through a great deal of facts and data. Secondly, it tries to search the reason of these expressions according to those manifestations. This article analyzed the reasons why the unstable factors arise from six aspects: people out of job increase cause the inflation of criminal group; the deeper gap between the poor and the rich increase the criminal entice; sex, bet and drugs spread, sources of crime increase; farmer抯 burden becomes more heavy, the mass have opposite mood; the growing of the rotten manifestation; the unfriendly relationship between the mass and the leaders; the rising criminal cases because we haven抰 enforce the law strictly and haven抰 hit them strongly. These reasons are fundamentally that the gap between the poor and the rich is too deep in economy and that there is no political democracy, the rotten phenomenon spreading and the ideological culture is eroded by sex, gambling and drugs. Third, the government searches solutions that can solve the problem influencing social stable from specific measures in order to prevent the social problem from emerging.
