About The New Five Decades Of Chinese Rule Of Law In The History Of Investigation And Thinking

Nomocracy Construction is an important part ofsocialist constructiction. In the research on socialist constructiction, it is aweak aspect on nomocracy construction. In this paper, by historical andlogical means, development of China's legal system in last 50 years isreviewed from the aspects of complicated movements and theirdevelopment. The problems which arose in the period to construct legalsystem of China are summarized. And the conflicts between them andthe development of nomocracy construction are analyzed. Difficulties toconstruct nomocracy are systematically summarized and analyzed. andthe solution for them are presented in the paper.
