Business to Business (B2B), as a main form, influence the development of the Electronic Commerce greatly. However, the research on it just begin, remaining lots of problem to settle. This paper deals with many problems relating to the B2B Electronic Commerce. With a great deal of reference, this paper introduces and analyses several B2B running models. It also discusses each model's features, advantages and applicative ranges. The analyse of the case "zhonghao Model" is valuable available for the 132B model fitting for Chinese conditions. This paper also makes an attempt of evaluating the B2B running model and setting up the B2B evaluating index system, which includes three main parts: B2B strategic evaluation, B2B market evaluation and B213 application evaluation. In the end, this paper studies and analyses the B2B by looking through an example and puts forward a solution to the B2B in electronic trade.
