With the networked world and the birth of this new thing of e-commerce development in China, you can use the "explosive" and "sharpness" to describe; it is another sign of human civilization. However, e-commerce is dependent on certain technical environment and business environment, which has a virtual reality feature, and any of its transactions are reflected in three forms, logistics, capital flow and information flow. Because of the rapid development and wide surface involved in the transaction, many people, and effective market integrity, trustworthiness has not yet formed, and community supervision can not keep up, due to sound policies and regulations, to give an opportunity to exploit the moral anomie, in four kind of "flow" to the emergence of various forms of fraud in varying degrees, seriously hampered the healthy development of our e-commerce. Create a good and orderly environment for the development of e-commerce, only continue to improve citizens 'moral and cultural qualities, and constantly enhance the integrity of law-abiding citizens' awareness and improve government regulation and industry self-discipline in order to make effective management of e-commerce fraud to promote the healthy development of e-commerce.This paper from China's Internet development status, characteristics and trends of e-commerce fraud start, analyzes the situation of China's government appears in the e-commerce fraud management process, combined with foreign government-related management experience to explore our government fraud management in e-commerce underlying cause of the problem. Then put forward suggestions to improve our government e-commerce fraud management and build e-commerce governance model in line with China's national conditions and network development trends.
