The Restructuring Of The Oil Companies In China: Analysis And Selection

This paper has analyzed and discussed the reasons for enterprise reform of China's petroleum industry, restructuring ideas of petroleum enterprises, restructuring and listing ideas of petroleum companies, and the strategic design for further restructuring and development of petroleum enterprise are formed. This paper is divided into four parts and they are:Part Ianalysis and discussions on the necessity of petroleum enterprise restructuring, setting up a foundation for the follow-up analysis and discussions.Part IIintroductions of enterprise restructuring connotation, analysis and discussions on the rules, plans and meanings of petroleum enterprise restructuring.Part IIIanalysis and discussions of the reason, purpose, task, step, content of petroleum enterprise restructuring follow-up, listing on foreign stock market of oil companies and its corporation management structure.Part IVanalysis and discussions on the problems between the group companies and the listing oil companies, problems of the group company its own, problems of the listing oil company its own and so on, suggestions on resolving these problems have been put out. It is suggested to separate the group company from listing oil company, assign the group company's stock ownership of listing oil company to the special organization of the Ministry of Finance; expedite the reform process of subsidiary enterprises of the group company; enhance the internal management of list oil company.
