With the sharp change of the global shipping situation, keen comprehensive competitiveness between the shipping enterprises has been drastic. In the past, the competitive focus is laid on the development and application of the updated shipping technology and the expand of the vessel management. Nowadays, much attention has been paid to hunt for more marine professionals and high-qualified managing personnel. As the specialized container vessels management enterprise, COSCON Vessels Management Co. is required to have the capabilities of adapting the changes of the environment, establish the suitable management mechanism and optimize the human recourses to keep the enterprise developing continuously, effectively and smoothly. How to achieve the strategic goal of 搊btaining a troop of excellent staff and setting up advanced vessels management mechanism? In the field of optimizing the human recourses, first, efforts should be made to carry out the staff training project. On one hand, optimization of crew organization should be conducted to improve the quality of the crew to meet the requirements of the development of the fleet and international labor exporting market.
