By citing many cases and materials, this thesis discusses three dilemmas (i.e., decreasing growth rate, short-range life cycle and false scale expansion) confronted by China's Private Enterprises (CPE) and four internal obstacles (i.e., restrictions of decision-making thinking, management model, allocation means and intellectual & technology). Meanwhile it has a detailed analysis, by means of combining institutional economics and principles of management, of the internal obstacles of CPE and offers three stratagems of resolving them. |
