The applied fields of simulation technology, with the speedy development of computer technology, become more and more wide, but in our country, a mass of the successful applied examples occur in the fields of Space Flight and National Defense, and oppositely they are less in enterprise, furthermore, they are lesser in middle and small enterprise.Aim at enterprise's fact, the application of simulation technology at rayon enterprise is presented in this paper, and the management innovation at this small enterprise has made a breakthrough, and a remarkable effect is gained, and it also illuminate that the enterprise can gain effect of less input and better output by using simulation technology.The main conclusions in this research work are as follows:1. The simulation technology can be applied at rayon enterprise, and the better effect can be gained, and it realizes optimization configuration of resource. This novel management technology will sharply improve them competitive capacity by pushing and using in rayon enterprises and the similar chemical industry.2. A enterprise which have a lot of difficulty and in which the difficulty is not solved by using routine method is brought vital force for survival and development by successfully using simulation technology.3. Simulation technology can provide the service of stratagem decision-making for the enterprise. The enterprise development stratagem model which is built by using simulation technology can simulate the change and development of the enterprise, and compare multifarious schemes, and make quantitative analysis, and moreover simulate multifarious results that the enterprise is faced with after the development stratagem is realized, and choose the optimization development stratagem from these results.
