Township Enterprises Industrial Restructuring

Town and township enterprises have achieved greatsuccesses after twenty year's development. Now they are faced with manydifficulties, such as it's industrial structure: They can not keep balance inindustrial structure, There are little enterprises that adopt up-to-datetechnlogy, The state enterprises and town and township enterprises havethe similar industrial structure. My thesis discussed the cause. The first,town and township enterprises are short of funds and technology, Thesecond, town and township enterprises' internal relationship of properlyright is haional, The third, town and township enterpries are faced withtough surrounings, the last there is great gap betwen the eastern districtand western district. So I come to a conclusion: town and townshipenterprises will be divided into two parts, one is crowded with labor, andthe other is crowded with funds and technology and in the future, townand township enerprises will go to the fusion with state enterprises.In order to develop town and township enterprises, we should takemeasures to regulate the industrial structure: The first, agriculturalindustrialization; The second, the construction of small cities and towns,The third, development of science and technology, The last, reform ofproperly right.
